Code of Ethics
The aims and ethics of Elite Private Investigations are:
- To confirm the propriety of any request for investigation, and verify the credentials of a client.
- To offer guidance and support whilst respecting the sensitivity and privacy of clients.
- To ensure that all investigations are conducted in accordance with current and relevant legislation.
- To guarantee that the client will be supplied with all written and photographic evidence obtained, relevant or otherwise, during and upon conclusion of an investigation.
- To maintain the highest standards of professionalism and uphold the objectives of all private investigation associations, institutes and bodies with the utmost truth, honesty and integrity.
EPI is notified, as required by law under the DPA 1998, with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) | Data Protection Register No: Z2609209.
EPI are holders of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Our Managing Director and Senior Investigator holds a BTEC Level 3 Diploma ( Dist ) in Advanced Private Investigation.
